This is an active enrollment, which means all U.S. employees must enroll in or waive benefits for 2022. The Benefits team will be available to assist you until 5 p.m. ET on Friday, November 12 and the system will close at 11:59 p.m. CT on Friday, November 12.

 Hyland Network Users: If you are signed into the Hyland Network, please go to the HUB and select the “Benefits Portal” tile.

Off-Network Users: Please visit www.HylandBenefits.com. Log in by entering the user name and password you created.


Mobile Users: Download the “MyChoice Mobile” app for iPhone or Android. Retrieve the access code on your desktop account.

  • Non-Ohio Residents will be covered under Medical Mutual effective January 1, 2022
  • HSA limits are increasing slightly to $3,650 (single) and $7,700 (all other coverage levels)
  • Medical rates will increase slightly for all rate tiers
